The purpose of this course is to equip students with the competencies required to facilitate effective teacher professional development.

Expected Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, the student should be able to:

1. Conduct a needs assessment to determine the professional development needs for a particular school and its teachers.
   
2. Design and implement a professional development program to address identified professional needs.
   
3. Evaluate the impact of a professional development program on teaching skills and learner outcomes.
